Yeap, that's what i did the whole saturday.
Its a miracle i managed to do so many things.
I hope they went in my head.
Woke up at 830, studied a little bit of geog, tuition till 1130, slacked around, lunch, headed out to meet sam and jas for the workshop.
Suppose to meet at 130 at dhoby ghaut mrt, but they were late, very late.
I reached at 130, stood there for half an hour waiting for them.
People that walked passed me look at me, god knows why.
And as you know, dhoby ghaut mrt has hell loads of people, and its a sunday.
So there's quite a crowd, and alot of caucasians.
Saw a guy who look like Joe Jonas, or is it Nick Jonas, i can't differentiate, i hate them anyway, so no point knowing who is who
But anyway, i almost thought he was Nick/Joe and furthermore, he was carrying a guitar. HAHAH! Too much of a coincidence. His hairstyle was the same also. Curly curly one.
Hahahahah.
I felt really awkward standing there recieving many stares, for 40 minutes.
Wow eh.
They reached at 210.
Yeap, i realised i have an awesome patience indeed.
Jasmine asked the passenger service guy how to go to sunshine building, cause that's where the workshop is held, well, actually its opposite sunshine building.
So, the guy told us the way, and it sounded very near.
So we got our hopes high and headed towards the direction.
And guess what, we were kinda lost.
Called epistage and asked the girl, and she told us another direction.
Followed what she said, and from dhoby ghaut, we arrived at bugis.
Yeap, from dhoby ghaut to bugis, not very far actually.
I was surprised how damn small singapore is.
After that, we still can't find, and called the girl again.
And she gave us yet another direction, so we headed.
That's not all, we still can't find the place.
Called her again, and she was laughing.
The 3 of us were really famous at this point of time.
Walked and walked and walked, still can't find.
Called again. LOL! And this time, managed to find.
We felt really stupid cause we actually passed by it quite a number of times.
Laughed at our own stupidity, and when we stepped in the place, the girl straightaway know our names, and we don't require any RSVP.
HAHAH! Man, you have no idea how we felt when we reached the place.
We don't know whether to laugh or cry.
The workshop was very very cool.
Whoah, the drums, and the Jason Cruz guy.
He is seriously amazing! His strokes was mind blowing man.
He taught us the parts of drums, history and stuff.
And he's very very funny. Hahahah! Taught us some beats, one of them was MJ's Billie Jean's beat, very cool.
Okay, the workshop kept promoting their stuff. Asked us buy this, buy that, join this, join that.
Lol! Got a $25 voucher somemore, for music classes.
And then, when it ended, we walked to suntec city and marina area.
Yes, i said walked. Its like walking distance! Had to walk quite some distance, but it is still really near.
We just basically toured around singapore on our own feet. Fantastic right.
Went to Penninsula to check out some stuff.
Headed home after that.
And, that's all.
I guess i wont be posting for the next 2 days.
Monday and tuesday
Tests are endless.
Off for some sleep.
